Cancer, any cancer is a dreadful thing. I saw my Granma disappear before I was 14. 2 years later my Granpa was gone, again from cancer. Will it never end? There is just so much death, and yet I wonder if my Granpa had it right sometimes.
He loved my Granma more than anything in the world, yet he carried on with life, even going so far as to declare his bachelorhood at 79.
I will always love them, and I don't think we should ever forget. But, we should always remember

As we come closer to the second commemoration of Belinda's passing, I still feel so sad that we have lost this angel from her earthly realm. I still cry, but smile, when listening to her album "So I Am" and every October my girlfriends and I raise money for Breast Cancer research having a "Girls Night In" in Belinda's memory. Her positive disposition was incredible, not many would have been the same. Love to all her family and friends, she will never be forgotten and I thank you for allowing us to share our sadness in our own small way. God bless, Jean

Belinda Emmett is a real inspiration to everyone out there. Her battle with cancer was a long and courageous one which I'll never forget. I was diagnosed with cancer early in 2007 and her memory inspires me to keep going every single day. Her music is amazing and gives hope to those of us who are also fighting this dreadful disease. She had so much talent and will never be forgotten!

I was on the net looking up the present actors names on Home & Away and came across deceased cast members. I was saddened to see that Belinda had passed away. She was a beautiful, talented actress and singer. After seeing some of her video clips,in which she discussed her illness, she truly was a very brave woman who loved life. She has really touched my heart. RIP.
